Place OTOCO Order

Place a one-triggers-one-cancels-other (OTOCO) order composed of three simultaneous orders. The first order, when executed, triggers an OCO between the second and third orders. Send to POST /v1/accounts/{account_id}/orders with class=otoco.

Validations:

If all equity orders, second and third orders must have the same symbol.
If all option orders, second and third orders must have the same option_symbol.
Only the first leg may be a Market order type.
Second and third orders must always have a different type.
If sending duration per leg, second and third orders must have the same duration.
